They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, along with the location was awesome, nonetheless it's just within the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain far too much, but basically the windows have been all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much in the furniture, and many others.

The coffee table was damaged, 2 on the 3 plastic chairs outside have been damaged. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a huge improvement for the deck. The house has so much potential it can be sad to see it getting run down. I Completely loved the area, but when improvements aren't made would not lease house once more. I loved that there ended up 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for adults who would like to travel together. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not lease it yet again or suggest it to a buddy.

Tranquil, cozy house. Huge enough for my husband, myself and our four teenagers. We appreciated the beach see and loved that it is just a quick wander on the beach.

Steps from the beach, which was practically our personal beach, furthermore being a short drive from delicious places to eat, made this trip among my best family holidays ever. Already looking forward into the next trip down for the area.

four This residence is standard but everything worked and we had no issues.  Honestly with the price this house was good. It was comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.
